In a joint venture, Folkestone and AMP Capital Investors’ Select Property Portfolio Fund No.2, have acquired 14.89 hectares of land at 300 Millers Road in Altona, Victoria.

Australand has sold 21 of its 24 land lots at Aspect in Belrose, on Sydney’s northern beaches. The lots were sold at an auction attended by 180 people.

A leased warehouse and office building at 21 Pickering Road in Mulgrave, Victoria, has sold under the hammer on a 6.75% yield. The 1166 sqm building has a five year lease in place to Crown Equipment.
