FKP Property Group has acquired a 153 hectare site in the Gold Coast’s Currumbin Valley from Devine Limited. The parcel of land sits between Currumbin Creek Road and the New South Wales border.

Mawhinney appointed to ING

ING Industrial Fund has appointed Rachel Mawhinney as development manager for commercial projects. Ms Mawhinney will be responsible for the co-ordination and integration of leasing and marketing strategies.

Charter Pacific buys 50% stake
