A modern, arcade style retail building situated in Turramurra, one of Sydney’s northern suburbs, has been snapped up by an investor on a tight net yield of 5.45% after it was passed in at auction.
Mdev Property Group has received development approval for a $60 million redevelopment project at 19 Lang Parade in Milton, Queensland, which will add 6561 sqm of office space to the market.
Construction has just commenced on a major new office, showroom and warehouse project known as the Burwood Business Park. The development, located at 125 Highbury Road Burwood, has an expected end value of about $25 million.
