APN Funds Management has made a fourth acquisition within the Brisbane Technology Park, purchasing a two level office building for its APN Direct Property Fund.

A workshop and office in Beresfield, north west of Newcastle in New South Wales, has sold at auction for $2.95 million, while a retail building in nearby Morpeth also sold under the hammer.

Only one apartment remains for sale at Q1, the world’s tallest residential tower, according to selling agents Knobel & Davis. The remaining apartment is one of the 34 ‘sky residences’ that have collectively sold for more than $56 million.
