Stockland has acquired the Department of Defence’s national storage and distribution centre at Moorebank in Sydney, from Westpac Funds Management. The property is the main asset of the Moorebank Property Trust.

Mirvac Group will purchase a major portfolio of Queensland industrial landbanks comprising a total of 565 hectares from the Doyle Group. The sites will be acquired progressively over the next two years.
